Rates for Top Deck Cottage

Nightly rate: $240.00 and $260.00/Friday and Saturday
Weekly rate: $1450.
Monthly rate: $3500.

Cleaning fee: $70.00 per rental period.

Minimum rental period of three nights.

**Renting directly through us may be more economical than renting through an online rental agency.  

Please Note: Our dock is available at no extra charge with rental. We do need to know ahead of time if you want to utilize it what size boat you will have there so we can be sure to have space available.
